About this event

This online seminar will be facilitated by JC Lim, a registered psychologist from the University's EAP provider, PeopleSense. JC has a Master of Industrial and Organisational Psychology and strives to use evidence-based approaches to address challenges that organisations face, especially during times of change.

The only thing certain in life is change. Resistance to change prevents us from performing our best in both our personal and work lives. This session explores common reactions to change and supports participants in coming to terms with the current ambiguous and ever-changing context. It will also include practical strategies for stress management and Mindfulness techniques.

The session will be delivered via Microsoft Teams with a link sent to participants following registration. There will be opportunity for questions during and at the conclusion of the session.
