Cooktown Multicultural Festival

Cooktown Mullticultural festival is a vibrant annual evet attracting locals and visitors alike to the region to enjoy or participate in cultural food, dancing,singing and art competitions. Other competitions are coconut husking scraping and old fashioned kids games and jumping castle.There will be stalls with plants and jewellery for showgoers who like to take something home.

Our aim is to promote relatioships amongst people of all cultural and linguistic backgrounds and to make Cook Shire community an increasinly inclusive and peaeful place to live.
