Join Chef Tim Hollands for a fun and engaging 2-hour Sushi and Chocolate Mochi-Making Workshop designed especially for young people aged 10–17 years.
Learn how to prepare perfect sushi rice, handle ingredients safely, and roll your own sushi using a traditional bamboo mat. Learn fun different sushi rolling methods. Everyone creates multiple sushi rolls and chocolate mochi balls to enjoy, offering a perfect blend of creativity, food skills, and confidence in the kitchen!
About Chef Tim Hollands
Tim owns McCulloch Avenue Kitchen in Seaford. He creates menus, leads cooking programs, and runs guided street-food tours at the vibrant Dandenong Market.
Tim loves connecting people with the origins of their food, collaborating with Australian producers, and sharing stories from global food regions across Asia and the Middle East.
Tim grew up in Japan until the age of 13, an experience which shaped his respect for tradition and inspired his love of diverse flavours.
