Cooking for Gut Health - March 26, 2017

In this workshop you will learn strategies and changes you can apply to impact and improve your gut and overall health. There is so much more to gut health than food. We will explore which foods are 'gut grenades', which heal and seal the gut, but we will also go beyond nutrition and explore all the various factors that impact on your gut health and what you can do to solve these.
You will also receive an informative course manual to take home, recipes, useful websites and get to taste some gut healing treats (including homemade raspberry chocolate).
The most important focus to overall health is improving your gut health. Gut health is linked to everything including 80% of your immune system and serotonin (yes happiness) production.
So, whether you're suffering from sore tummies, discomfort or just want to increase/improve your overall health, come and join me for a fun and informative workshop.

What's the refund policy?
Unfortunately tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to a friend or colleague.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, we aim to minimise paperwork. We will be checking our list at the door so keep your ticket confirmation on your phone as a backup.
