Cooking Classes are a fun team activity and an integral part of the Customer Journey.

About this event

Understand how and why we offer classes and build skills to offer classes that meet or exceed the expectations of customers and your team. Cooking classes are a fun, practical way for customers to learn about the business, become advocates and connect with the Thermomix Customer Journey. From planning, to gaining knowledge about ingredients and teamwork, budgeting and preparing they develop a myriad of skills and opportunities. We will consider who to invite, how to offer classes, what outcomes you may expect, how to set up and run a successful class.

Who should attend?

  • All New Team Leaders undertaking the NTL training program
  • Consultants preparing to transition to NTL
  • Existing Team Leaders or BDM's as a refresher
