Come & learn to create healthy nutritional smoothies and bliss balls from raw ingredients. Watch, listen, learn, join in and create, eat & drink. This school holiday cooking fun is a great way for kids to learn how to create healthy snacks from raw nutritional ingredients. They will watch and participate, lean about whole foods and the benefit of eating as raw as possible. They will get to make their own bliss balls and smoothies and have a delicious morning tea during the class.
Important: Ingredients used are fresh fruit and vegetables in our smoothies. Bliss balls ingredients used are dried fruits, seeds, natural sweetners, coconut etc. We do not use nuts or artificial sweetners. All items are gluten and dairy free. Parents/carers will receive 10% off all purchases made on the day.
Recommended age: 5-12 years
All children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult.
Any dietary requirements must be advised of to Living Well Bulk Foods prior to the event.
