Event description

Description

This will be the first in a series of 'Around The World' cooking classes where we shall visit a different country and their cuisine in each class. Our first class will focus on Italy as Italian cuisine is renowned throughout the world for its flavours and it is delicious!

What makes Italian dishes so tasty are the use of herbs. This makes Italian food so perfect for infusing essential oils.

For example, when you use dōTERRA's essential oil Basil instead of the herb basil, you still enjoy all the flavours but the essential oil allows you to receive the extra health benefits that come from ingesting basil in its concentrated oil form.

Foodie lover Vanessa Jayne will share her great love for Italy and Italian food gained from traveling throughout the country and working in her momma's Italian restaurant. As a qualified nutritionist, Vanessa Jayne will demonstrate recipes you can easily recreate at home that are healthy, full of flavour and the natural goodness of essential oils.

Investment for this workshop is $20pp. A full refund will given to those opening their dōTERRA wholesale account on the day.

Every participant will receive recipes to take home. Your recipe book will include lots of recipes, including Raw Foods, Gluten Free, Vegetarian, Vegan and Low GI.

As Vanessa Jayne demonstrates each recipe, she shall discuss the role food plays in our lives and how each of the ingredients and essential oils going into the dishes impact our health and well being. Best of all this workshop will celebrate how Italian comfort food can also contribute to your health.

Bookings are essential for this workshop no later than the 29th of March.

Address will be emailed upon receipt of booking.
