FAQs

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Brick+Mortar is on George St, just off The Parade in Norwood, behind the Town Hall. There is plenty of on-street 2 hour free parking (but plenty of parking inspectors so beware!), and the open air paid carpark above Foodland (access off Webbe St) has all day parking for only $6. Bus routes run up The Parade regularly and the closest bus stop is just before the Town Hall.

Can I take coffee into my workshop?

Of course! We have a full cafe on the ground floor, so just make sure you arrive in time to order your coffee and you can take it in with you. We don't encourage food in workshops unless catering is included in the ticketing, but you're welcome to have a bite to eat in our cafe before or after your class, we're open 8am-5pm Monday to Saturday and 10-4 Sunday.

How can I contact the organiser with any questions?

For any questions about the class content please contact Sheree at hello@pollycollective.com.au, for questions about the venue please call 0452 140 849 or email hello@brickandmortarcreative.com.au.

What's the refund policy?

Tickets are non-refundable, but if you're unable to make it please let us know in case we have a waitlist, or you can always give your ticket to a friend!
