Description

The Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care (the Commission) is consulting nationally to better understand the safety and quality issues experienced by patients in primary health care.

The information gathered at these consultative workshops will develop the National Safety and Quality Primary Health Care Standards.

The workshop

This informal and interactive workshop will ask participants to discuss the safety and quality issues for patients in primary health care, and what needs to be in place to provide safe and high quality care.

Remuneration

Participants who attend will be remunerated for their time with an $80 gift card.

Free parking is available on the street or in the nearby car park.

Who should attend?

Anyone accessining primary health care services including, but not limited to carers, patients and support workers.

Pleasenote general practices are not included in this work. The Commission is interested in hearing abour experiences in primary health care services that are not general practices e.g. podiatry, physiotherapist, speech pathologist, psychologist.
