 Who for?

Organisations currently undertaking their self-assessment of the Australian Service Excellence Standards and for those organisations commencing the process.

 What will be covered in the session?

This session will focus on the Australian Service Excellence Standards Section 8.1 Consumer Outcomes. 


All services will have consumers. Consumers can be service users or internal customers e.g. Accounts section.

Evidence of consumer outcomes must be demonstrated as key to achieving accreditation.

An organisation’s ability to respond and effectively engage with consumers drives continuous improvement and responsive service provision.

The session will answer the following questions.

What is asked within the standards?

What type of evidence do I need to meet the standard?

What models are there to improve consumer outcomes?

What does Consumer Centric services look like and what should be incorporated into a consumer centric standard?

Is there anything we should change?

Bring examples of work or something that you are struggling with.
