Is your club constitution up to date? The last day of the three-year transition period for the Associations Incorporation Act 2015 is Sunday 30th June 2019.

This workshop will take you through the process of ensuring your constitution is compliant before submitting it to the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety (formerly Department of Commerce).

It is recommended that you bring your existing constitution to the workshop so you can make the amendments at the time.

Please make sure that the constitution you are working on is the same as that which is currently lodged at the Department. You may need to obtain a copy from them (at a fee). http://www.commerce.wa.gov.au/consumer-protection/associations-and-clubs

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Please park in rear carpark. Entry is via the carpark and on the left hand side of the entrance there is a button to press to gain access. Please arrive by 5:20pm to allow time for registrations.

What can I bring into the event?
