Event Details

Join our next mindfulness course in Brisbane starting on the 8th of February 2018. This 8-week program is limited to 10 people and bookings are essential. 

Conscious Change provides a safe platform (confidential closed group), where participants realise that they are not the only ones struggling with life’s challenges. It involves attention-training practices, cognitive change strategies and hands on mindfulness exercises/practices that teaches participants how to live in the present moment and thrive during emotionally challenging times.

 

You will be fully supported in your journey of healing and personal growth through insightful feedback, not only from the group facilitator but also from other participants. These different perspectives and honest feedback are very effective in promoting personal development and change. You will also learn about the latest research on mindfulness, stress management, the “Science of Happiness” and many other interesting topics. In addition to weekly sessions, there will be formal and informal practices and guided meditations to assist you in cultivating mindfulness in your daily life.

This program will help you to:

• Reduce stress and anxiety through psychological insight and emotional healing;
• Improve well-being and happiness by learning to live in the present and cultivating self-awareness;
• Develop positive relationships with yourself and others by utilising mindfulness based techniques;
• Become more balanced and centred; 
• Enhance emotional intelligence, focus and engagement;
• Deepen your mindfulness practice and gain insights of who you are.

Facilitator

Jon is a mindfulness educator and psychotherapist who is passionate about raising consciousness and helping others to discover meaningful ways to live. He has been practicing meditation and mindfulness for over 10 years. He runs Conscious Beginnings psychotherapy private practice in West End, and leads group and corporate mindfulness workshops.

•A 65 page manual that includes useful tips, educational material and weekly practices.

• 8 Weekly 2 Hour Group Sessions. Get the support of the group process to keep up the motivation and share your challenges in a safe environment.

• Weekly Emails. Benefit from additional resources on mindfulness

• Guided Mindfulness Meditations are available at any time, on any device.


Refund Policy

A full refund will be given back until one week prior to the start of the Conscious Change program (a processing fee of $50 will be incurred in case of cancellation). After this date, you will be offered the opportunity to participate in one of the future programs.
