Description

Breathing is something we do from the moment we are born, it allows us to live, and assists us in connecting with the subtle energy within. Yet so many of us do not breathe well.

During this 4 week course, you'll learn how to “breathe consciously”.

By learning how to breathe consciously, you can start connecting to your body and mind. Research has shown that by changing your breathing pattern, you activate different parts of your brain which results in your ability to change your state of mind.

During your time with Yumi, you will learn how to relax, stay in the present moment, and connect deeper to your body and mind through your conscious breathing.

Yumi will guide you through some gentle movements of yoga asana (postures) to open and relax your body and mind. You will also learn how to make movements with your conscious breath so that you can apply this breath to your daily life.

This course is perfect for those that suffer from chronic illness, anxiety, depression, sleep apnea, snoring &/or mouth breathing. It's also perfect for those who wish to maximise their health!

No fitness or yoga experience is neccesary.
