About this event

On the back of our successful “Calm Kids Retreat” we bring you the “Confident Kids Retreat”, aimed at kids 8-12 yo with a focus on building confidence, self-esteem and internal strength.

This retreat will give your kids the opportunity to explore mindfulness, emotional intelligence (the single greatest skill kids can learn from an early age) and crystal knowledge to teach them confidence, change the way they speak to themselves and help harness their abilities.

SESSION ONE

Natalie will begin the Retreat with a mindful meditation & yoga exploring ways your kids can understand their emotions, followed by delving into emotional intelligence, what it is and how your kids can use this powerful skill everyday.

SESSION TWO

Renae will guide your kids through an introduction to the world of crystals, followed by activities around observation of their emotions and where these sit within their body with the use of crystals.

* Two tumble stones per child are included in this session.

Located at our Wellness Hub in East Keilor, only a 20 minute drive from Melbourne CBD.

    Natalie Moore - Natalie is a yoga and meditation teacher who is passionate about lifestyle education, connection and mindful living. Natalie loves inspiring individuals to achieve their greatest goals and live their best life through mindfulness, movement and positive mindsets.

    Renae Briggs - Renae is a big believer in empowering people to explore different aspects of their energetic body to gain clarity and flow in their lives and is an advocate for mental health and different approaches to accelerate the healing process.

    Natalie Moore & Lisa Saunders are passionate Menopause health coaches dedicated to supporting women through their menopause journey. With a deep understanding of the physical, emotional, and psychological changes that accompany this transformative phase of life, Natalie & Lisa empower women to navigate menopause with confidence, grace, and optimal well-being.

    With a background in health coaching and a specialisation in menopause, Natalie and Lisa combine their knowledge of holistic wellness practices with evidence-based approaches to create personalised strategies for their clients. They believe in a comprehensive lifestyle approach that addresses the unique needs of each woman, considering factors such as nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management, and hormonal balance.

    Through their business, Own Your Health Collective their mission is to provide women with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to embrace menopause as a positive and empowering chapter in their lives, all the while supporting a healthy lifestyle.
