Kingdom Culture Church – Event Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we want to be as accommodating as possible while still ensuring the smooth running of our events.

Refund Eligibility

• Refund requests must be submitted no later than 7 days before the event date.
• After this date, no refunds will be issued, as event costs and arrangements will have already been finalised.

How to Request a Refund

• Refund requests must be sent in writing to our team at hello@kingdomculturechurch.com.au
• Please include your name, contact details, and the event you registered for.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and returned via the original payment method.

Special Considerations

• In exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies or bereavement), we may, at our discretion, consider refund requests made after the deadline.
• Alternatively, we may offer to transfer your ticket/registration to another person or future event.
