- Key considerations in the development and facilitation of focus groups and interviews
- Consumer recruitment strategies
- Qualitative data collation, analysis and reporting strategies
You will also be provided with a range of practical tools and resources to support you to run effective focus groups and interviews in their own work.
“Today has really demystified this for me. I always thought focus groups and interviews were a bit scary and would take me way too long, but Kate has convinced me otherwise. I realise now that we definitely can apply this at work. Thank you for a wonderful and thought provoking day”
“I really enjoyed all the different case studies, scenarios and examples of focus groups & interviews. I feel a lot more confident about having a go at using these approaches now and definitely will be able to apply what I’ve learnt in my work”
“Kate always creates such a great learning environment. She is so engaging and genuinely cares about making sure that everyone walks away with the information they need”
“Very positive! Very effective! Very relevant! I'd thoroughly recommend this session to others. It’s well worth the effort”
