Description

We are delighted to extend an invitation to you to attend our complimentary seminar series on The Psychology of Change in Adelaide on 28 March 2018

Time: 8:45am-11:15am ACDT (Registration commences at 8:45am for a 9:00am start)

Date: Wednesday, 28 March 2018

Venue: Peppers Waymouth Hotel, 55 Waymouth Street, Adelaide, SA 5000

Seminar Overview
Cameron Nott, Psychologist and Managing Director, will be presenting on The Psychology of Change.

This complimentary seminar explores:

  • Why and how people deal with change in different ways.

  • A logical approach for recognising patterns of human behaviour during times of organisational change.

  • How managers and employees can leverage their strengths to increase involvement and buy-in when designing, leading and implementing change processes.

Also featuring the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®), during this seminar we will offer practical advice on how this instrument can benefit you and your organisation as part of individual, team and leadership development initiatives.

If you are able to join us following the seminar, we will also be holding a MBTI® Alumni Event from 12:00pm-2:30pm ACDT.

If you are not yet certified in the MBTI® instrument, you are still most welcome to attend. Not all topics covered will specifically relate to MBTI® and there will be ample opportunity for you to network with your peers at these events also.

At the Alumni Event, you will learn about:

1. Forces shaping Australia's workforce today and for the future

2. Findings from the recent Global Well-being and Personality Type Study

3. Solution Showcase: Impactful Influencing: Harnessing the Power of Myers-Briggs® Type Workshop Facilitation Kit

Through experiencing an exercise from this workshop facilitation kit, you will have the opportunity to sample the latest approach that MBTI® practitioners can use to help clients and colleagues enhance both communication and influencing skills.
