Firstly, Cameron Nott, Psychologist and Managing Director, will be presenting a complimentary seminar on Developing Talent for a Stronger Future.

Time: 9:00am-11:30am AEDT (Registration commences at 9:00am for a 9:15am start)

Date: Tuesday, 1 May 2018

Seminar Overview
Exceptional leaders and high-performance staff continually seek ways to grow and develop throughout their lives. “Self-awareness is the pivot on which a person’s development depends” (George et al, 2008).

Today, development professionals are presented with a wide range of assessments and approaches for leadership and talent development. Experience reveals some are more effective than others.

In this complimentary seminar, we will:

  • Discuss tried and tested assessments and development methods which have been found to provide the psychological insight necessary for developing leaders and high performance talent in a global workplace.

  • Illustrate the multi-staged processes required for building increasing levels of self-awareness by incorporating world-renowned assessments that measure personality preferences, interpersonal behaviours, emotional intelligence and 360-feedback.

  • Through practical examples, you will learn how to integrate multiple assessments, feedback and experiential learning methods to develop the talent of today and the future.

  • Demonstrate evidence-based applications of psychological assessments which are designed to illuminate aspects of personality and vocational interests that influence job satisfaction and career selection.

If you are able to join us following the seminar, we will also be holding a MBTI® Product Update from 11:30am-12:30pm. During this session, we will review recent updates to the MBTI®, including virtual and in-person learning opportunities, plus introduce and demo new facilitator and participant resources. We would like this to be an interactive session, so please be ready to ask any and all of your questions.
