About Jo Brown

Jo joined Beaumont People in January 2012, with credentials in human resources having worked with large corporates in both the UK and Australia.

In 2014, Jo single handedly launched the Associations & Memberships division within Beaumont People, after identifying a recruitment services gap in the market. The division has continued to service the sector and grow from strength to strength over the past four years, seeing the team quadruple in this time.

Jo is a specialist temporary staffing consultant and is passionate about the benefits organisations can reap from the utilisation of workforce temps. Jo is a strategic thinker, and enjoys helping her clients solve their staffing challenges through strong relationships, innovative solutions, and thoughtful candidate care.

About Lousie Roper

Louise joined Beaumont People in late 2016 after making the move from the UK to Australia. She has over 10 years of industry experience recruiting for Business Service positions and Senior Level roles both temporary and permanent.

Working the Associations & Memberships Team, she quickly developed strong working relationships, providing a professional, honest and informative ‘consultative service’ to both clients and candidates.
