Business-to-Business Selling is clearly a fundamental function for start-ups targeting business customers, particularly larger companies where selling involves satisfying multiple stakeholders from the customer business. Buyers are becoming increasingly sophisticated in their process to maximise lifetime value and meet their own standards in areas such as risk management & sustainability practices. Buyers are also enjoying growing choice, particularly through digitally enabled services that are increasingly available from global suppliers. To remain relevant and competitive sellers need to match the evolving needs of buyers and be world class.

In this session, we’ll explore the Business-to-Business Selling function and what world-class best practices are being adopted by start-ups. We’ll look at early phase start-ups where the priority is on validation of Problem-Market Fit and Value Proposition-Market and mid-stage start-ups who are focused on Product-Market Fit.
