Community Yin Yoga
Overview
Community Yin Yoga
A slow, grounded practice that invites stillness. Poses are held for several minutes to gently target the body’s connective tissues, fascia, and energetic pathways. As we settle into each shape, we create space for sensation, release, and quiet transformation.
Rooted in the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Yin Yoga honours the seasons, elements, and natural rhythms - helping us attune to both our inner and outer landscapes.
In uncertain times, yin yoga is a practice that grounds us and offers support so that we can, in turn extend care to the collective and nourish our communities. A practice for the world within us and the world around us.
This is a practice of receiving rather than doing, of softening rather than striving. Open to all.
