About this event

Find out how to boost your brain power, improve your mood, memory and concentration, and protect against cognitive decline. Hear the latest research and health tips for a brain-protective life.

Presented by Maggie Flanagan. Maggie is a counsellor, and a wellness, fitness and nutrition coach. She has been conducting community health education courses for more than 20 years.

Bookings are required for every person attending. One ticket = one attendee.

This is a COVID-Safe event and Victorian Government public health requirements apply. QR code check-in, physical distancing and regular hand sanitisation are required. Face masks must be carried and worn at all times according to DHHS requirements (unless a lawful exemption applies). Please stay home if you're unwell, have been a close contact of someone unwell or awaiting results of a Coronavirus test.

Individuals of all ages and abilities can come together to connect with and learn from writers, artists, thought leaders, industry experts and each other about literature, history, technology, creating and upskilling.
