Event description

Join us for this year's Community Legal Centres Queensland Leadership Forum. The event is taking place 29 to 30 October, 2018 at The Gardens Club which is situated in the heart of the Brisbane City Botanic Gardens.

The two days are an opportunity for leaders from community legal centres to come together to discuss common issues, including:

  • Leading people and teams: supervision, wellbeing, team dynamics and HR;

  • Leading quality services: measuring outcomes, ethical practice, client-focused services, cultural safety and technology;

  • Leading for change: campaigning and communications.

The sessions will include a variety of presentations, panel discussions and workshops focusing on a broad range of issues relevant to the community legal centre staff.

Delegates will have the chance register for the full workshop or just one day.
