This public lecture titled ‘A “fair go” nation: Egalitarian myth and reality in Australia’, will be delivered by prominent West Australian, Professor Carmen Lawrence who will discuss whether the public policy choices we make reflect a genuine commitment to equality of opportunity and asks, 'Are we really the nation of a 'fair go' or are we kidding ourselves?'.

Professor Lawrence's presentation will be followed by a short question time. The event will conclude with light refreshments and the opportunity for informal conversations. There is no cost to attend, however as seats are limited booking is essential.
