What do I need to bring?

Yoga mat, blanket, warm clothes, water bottle (if you don’t have a yoga mat one will be provided for you) just DM or email me :)

I have never tried breathwork before can I join this class?

Beginner never tried breathwork or regular. You Absolutely can attend you cannot do this wrong. I will guide you the whole way through. This class is designed to have a release whatever you may be holding onto. You can make it as powerful as you feel comfortable.

Parking and where to go?

Available paid beach parking. Once parked follow the blue building towards the beach and up the stairs.
