In the first of the series hosted by VicTrack, we covered several areas of importance to our current lives whether you were a practising customer service delivery individual or provider of services to the industry.

We all agreed that trending social habits and customer expectations mean that for us in the industry to contribute meaningfully we need to be ahead of the wave or be drowned by it!
