Michael R. Crusoe is a Community Engineer and Co-founder of the CWL Project and has kindly agreed to lead some workshops during a trip to Australia.
Michael's Melbourne workshop on Fri 12 May will run for a full day - with the first half being more introductory and the second half more hands-on. That way participants can choose to attend just the morning or all day. Those attending the full session would be expected to have some tools or a workflow they want to describe using CWL, and participants are welcome (and encouraged) to work in teams.
Participants are required to bring their own Linux or OS X computer with Python 2.7 and Docker/Docker Machine installed.
A prerequisite to attendance is working through "A Gentle Introduction to the Common Workflow Language".
