Description

Multicultural Arts Victoria and Immigration Museum proudly presents the Common Ground Finale on 15 August, 6 PM, at Immigration Museum.

The evening will celebrate identity and belonging through spoken word featuring more than 20 performers from the Common Ground program. The night will feature renowned spoken word artists Michelle Dabrowski and Nour Abouzeid; and a special performance by Neil Morris, a Yorta Yorta poet, independent musician, and a community activist for First Nations people.

Common Ground was established by Multicultural Arts Victoria, and is a unique, multilingual, multi-faith project that uses various forms of writing, primarily spoken word, to build connection and understanding between young people of diverse faiths and cultures.
