Mikey spent seven years behind the microphone as host of Triple J’s National breakfast show before becoming a team leader and audience favourite on the iconic Good News Week and its various franchises. He has co-authored two books and been a columnist for The Daily Telegraph and GQ and has written for several publications including Men’s Style and Selector magazine.
Mikey has recently added stand-up comedy to his long list of achievements and has performed at the Melbourne and Sydney Comedy festivals.
Ivan Aristeguieta became a full time comedian after having a successful career as a Brew Master and Food Technologist in his home country of Venezuela. He left the Brewery but beer is still part of his job.
He quickly escalated to become part of the new Venezuelan comedy movement selling out shows around Venezuela and Miami-Florida (USA). After migrating to Australia to take on the challenge of performing standup in a different language Ivan was quickly hand-picked by the Melbourne Comedy Festival, where he now stands in the top list of Melbourne’s comedians.
Award-winning British comedian Jeff Green has become a well-known face and voice on Australian TV and radio since arriving for his first Melbourne International Comedy Festival performance here in 1996.
Amongst his many Australian TV credits are Spicks and Specks (ABC), Good News Week (TEN), The Glass House (ABC), World Comedy Tour (The Comedy Channel) and The Squiz (SBS) and as well as numerous appearances on the Melbourne Comedy Festival Gala (Ten). Jeff is also a regular radio contributor on Hughsey and Kate (Nova), The Conversation Hour (ABC), 3AW, Vega and ‘Comedy Bites' (ABC).
