Tai Chi is a series of gentle movements which are designed to stimulate the muscles and tendons, while developing strength and coordination. It is practiced world-wide to improve overall health and well-being. Not only does this exercise system have physical benefits, it also improves cognitive function, including memory and focus. Practicing Tai Chi reduces stress and anxiety and develops a sense of calm and stillness.

In this 45-minute practical session, Sifu Jenny from Rising Moon Tai Chi School, will take you on a gentle Tai Chi journey, discovering the many reasons it is enjoyed by so many around the world. It can be done seated or in a standing position and is suitable for all levels of ability. Everyone is welcome to attend.
