Join us for a full day Yoga Retreat located on a beautiful property "Colenso" in rural NSW, nestled in the Hilltops region. You'll be surrounded by nature, fresh air, peace and quiet.

Take this time to disconnect from technology, disconnect from the 9-5 grind and the daily demands that come with it. Give yourself some space, a chance to breathe, and the tools to reconnect with nature, with others and most importantly, yourself.

Over the course of the fun-filled day we'll experience two Yoga Practices, as well as touching on breath work and meditation. We'll eat nourishing and delicious vegetarian meals for both morning tea and lunch, and even learn how to whip up something similar at home.

No previous yoga experience is necessary to attend this One Day Yoga Retreat. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced practitioner, you'll of gained something from this day.

By the end of this full day experience, you'll leave with space within the mind, body and breath. You'll meet other like-minded individuals in a fun, supportive and empowering environment. You'll learn how to incorporate meditation and breath work not only into your yoga practice, but into day to day life as well.

d) Respectful Images from the retreat may be shared on media platform. By purchasing a ticket to the retreat, you agree to their release and use.

e) For catering and equipment procurement purposes, refunds will not be offered at any point. Tickets can not be interchangeable for another attendee without contacting Claire first, and the appropriate forms are to be filled out for the new attendee.
