On the eve of the Fire Festival, dual ARIA award-winning performer Mike Carr joins the Canobolas Hall house band.

Handpicked at Canobolas Hall features a killer house band comprised of Orange’s most prominent rock musicians, fronted by hand-picked local and national artists, delivering themed music nights like no other.
One of the region’s beautifully restored small halls, will be transformed into a vibrant music venue for the Handpicked events, set amongst cherry orchards on the foothills of Mount Canobolas.
Mike Carr is a household name in the Australian country music industry, but has a reach that extends into musical comedy and the mainstream, particularly through his prolific song writing career. He is one of Australia’s great voices and has toured with some of the biggest names in music.
The Handpicked House Band features Matt Arthur on Guitar, Luke Ferguson on bass and Dave Egan on Drums. These boys are a show all on their own, so lovers of live music can expect a roof-raising night of tunes, great food and singing along with one of Australia’s best.
