Originally this session was to learn weaving with Gumbaynggirr. Due to unforeseen circumstance, we will now be focusing on weaving practices drawn from our European heritage. In this session we will be learning how to weave baskets using local weeds. It is a great way to turn problems into things of beauty and teaches us about the power of alchemy in our lives. Perhaps you will even feel a connection to your own ancestors and heritage.
