Coffs By Nature - Forest Bathing
Event Information
About this Event
In this session we will explore the ancient art of Forest Bating known as Shinrin-yoku in Japan and Tig Allais by the Irish Celts. Studies have demonstrated that the practice has a wide array of health benefits, especially in the cardiovascular and immune systems, and for stabilizing and improving mood and cognition. As we breath out, the bush breaths in. As the bush breaths out, we breath in. 24/7, 365 days a year we are tied to the breathing cycle of all green plants.
