The art and science of tasting coffee.
Cupping is a worldwide method for evaluating roasted coffee. We cup for quality control, education, green bean selection and to develop our appreciation of the coffees that we sell. In our cupping lab you will be led through a selection of stand out coffees curated from different award winning roasters from around Australia and the world.
