The following workshop ' Coffee Knowledge' is an exploration of coffee growing origins, coffee cultivation, harvesting and various processing methods and how all of these impact the flavour of what your brewing. We explore theory, taste and what is specialty coffee.
By the end of this class you will be able to:
Understand the journey of coffee and identify key steps of coffee from raw seed to roasted bean.
Identify and taste different coffees and how the journey can impact the cup.
Introduce the process of cupping coffee and through taste identify variables in the cup.
A 2-hour, non-accredited training class that is facilitated by Collingwood Coffee College Trainer who will provide resources for you and deliver learning with an open and comfortable approach for all to learn about coffee!
