The Republic of Fremantle is an urban distillery in the heart of Fremantle's West End, distilling vodka and gin from scratch.

Cocktail School Cost: $90pp

Capacity: Classes will range between 4 - 8 guests

You will be guided through the art of cocktail making, from how to make your own ingredients, to pre-batching ahead of a dinner party and tips and tricks to make perfectly balanced drinks.

1.5-hour classes take place at the Distillery.
