Join chef and author Lucio Galletto and author David Dale to explore the legacy of Mediterranean cuisine, from the food of the ancient Greeks, the Romans, the Arabs and the Vikings, to the river of gold that flows through western Italy, southern France and eastern Spain - the olive oil that links three great cuisines, along with a love of garlic, anchovies, peppers, fresh herbs and seasonal vegetables.
