Event description

Description

In this interactive program participants will explore how to use Cavanagh’s (2013) 4 factor model to assist their coachees to address the complex issues they face in the workplace. Participants are asked to bring some case examples of complex issues as practical examples to be explored in the workshop.

The program will include:
· how to understand paradoxical and complex issues, and how to identify the assumptions and mental models that keep our clients stuck in the issue.

· practicing ways of enabling our coachees to take more complex perspectives in order to address the wicked and paradoxical problems they face.

· explore the role of purpose in leadership and look at a number of ways to help our clients explore their own purpose and define purpose in ways that are useful for leadership.

· examine the role of Mindful Presence in the four factor model and identify ways of being alive to what is emerging in the system as leaders address the issues they face.

· developing positive processes that support flourishing while striving for purpose in ways that are consistent with higher levels of perspective taking.

Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea are all included in your ticket price.
