Join us in this two-hour in person workshop to explore the Caring Journey. Take time to reflect on where you are in your caring journey, acknowledging the challenges and responsibilities you face. Gaining a better understanding of your current situation allows you to more effectively support both yourself and the person you care for. Equally important is identifying what brings meaning and fulfillment to your life—whether it’s relationships, interests, or personal values.
