Event description

Description

The purpose of coaching is to unlock people's potential to maximize their own performance. It is helping them to learn rather than teaching or telling them. Understanding your client or employee and understanding their values helps improve the coaching experience.

Our value system defines who we are. It is the lens through which we view the world, formulate choices, and make decisions. Our value system evolves throughout our lives and is manifested in the way we assess and evaluate; the way we size up situations; the way we solve problems; and ultimately in the way we navigate our course of action. It is influenced by every event, experience, and person who touches our lives.

Judgment Index Australia is hosting a free breakfast event for coaches or people interested in gaining valuable insight from some leading coaches on how they coach with purpose and help their clients maximise their own performance.

Please make sure you register for this event for catering purposes.

Please note that Mingle is located up one flight of stairs.
