Coaching Clinic with Liz Weaver: Civil Servants
There are a number of roles for the public sector in collective impact: partner, funder, legislator, driver, creator of collaboration conditions. The roles may be attached to responsibilities, connected to lines of accountability or tethered to policy reform … or perhaps evolving. This coaching clinic is exclusive to public servants working in any tier of government and is designed to work through the expectations that are held, could be held and may want to be held by the public sector into the future. It will be an opportunity to explore and learn from examples from Canada and locally about what works well and where there are lessons that might be able to be applied in South Australia. The session will aslo explore the relationship between population and performance accountability. A hands on workshop with practical examples, advice and opportunities to explore and reflect with peers.
