Coaches Connect is a peer support and group supervision session over a shared meal. The process is designed to be relaxed and social, empowering participants to establish strong repour with one another…
Working from a philosophical enquiry model the program also acts as a time for professional development and peer supervision. To help focus table conversation each participant is given a series of question pointers that they are challenged to use as their points of dialogue.
Each session features a coaching relevant presentation and business cards are not allowed to be exchanged until the end of the event!

CAPS - Coach Action Planning Session (December 15 & January)... this is a double session commitment and billed separately.
Understanding Fear will examine how fear can control and limit the way to think, act and holds us back.
Overcoming Anxiety looks at the psychological foundations of anxiety, tools and tricks to minimise its influence in our lives and concepts of anxiety triggers.
Working with Resentment will explore how resentment is developed and what strategies can be applied so that it is not a limiting experience for our clients.
Time Management: Effectiveness v’s Efficiency is an in-depth discussion around so called tools to help us get things done and what is best to do in relation to different personalities.
Nutting Out Optimism explores the new theories around optimism and pessimism continuum scales.
Resolving Guilt discusses the role guilt plays in many of our lives and how the choice to be guilty can limit our success and happiness.
The New ADD: Adventure Deficit Disorder is a discussion that looks at what is happening in the world where people tend to be more risk adverse and that stepping outside of ones comfort zone is just so scary.
Stress, Success & Sex explores how these three S's are all interlinked and how we need to work on each to be happy.
Shane is a registered psychotherapist, certified clinical supervisor, certified practicing hypnotherapist and certified practicing coach, with private practices in Sydney, Singapore and Hong Kong. He splits his life between private practice and boutique consulting services working with companies across the globe going through change and leadership development.
Kait is consultant in human resource leadership and organisational development with a strong background in health and emergency services. She also has a very busy coaching practice working closely with individuals and families affected by life threatening illnesses. Kait works from a creative coaching model bringing her studies in medical science and fine art together.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
There are not age limits to participate in this event. We encourage participants to bring a business card to exchange, but ID is not required for registration.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
The event is held in a CBD location so transport options vary and car parking is typically a challenge - we encourage participants to explore public transport options.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
Bring yourself, a note book and a pen. Participants packs are provided but hey it's always nice to have your own things with you...

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Your ticket cannot be transferred for cash but if you cannot make it and someone else in your team may like to join the discussion on your behalf, we are happy to accept that person just shoot us a quick note to advise the registration team at the event.
Can I update my registration information?
At any time.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
This is helpful but we have modern technology that means we can accept you without the ticket.
What is the refund policy?
The ticket is non-refundable.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
Sure if you cannot make the event and give the ticket to another member of your team - that is cool - we ask to help with the registration process shoot us an email confirming this arrangement.
