We acknowledge the Wurundjeri people as the traditional custodians of the land and pay our respect to their Elders both past and present. This land was never ceded, and the processes of colonisation, occupation, incarceration and genocide that began over two centuries ago continue to this day. In particular we acknowledge the LGBTIQ+ Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander folk of this land, the ones who have paved the way before us and those that are our future.
