Event description

Description

The ClimateClever Initiative is a collaboration between Curtin University, The CRC for Low Carbon LIving and ClimateClever. Their new ClimateClever Schools program has been developed following years of research and successful pilots and demonstration projects. The 2018 pilot is designed specifically to help schools measure, monitor and reduce their carbon footprint, and become leaders in sustainability and climate action in their community. It is underpinned by innovative new software which can be used with students in the classroom, and is supported by curriculum resources for teachers.

The ClimateClever team are thrilled to be launching this new program nationally in 2018 and are looking for more schools to join the pilot! All schools (primary and secondary) are eligible to participate in the program.

Please join us for a cuppa and nibbles and hear about what is possible in terms of reducing your school's carbon emissions and operating costs, and how you can help to educate and upskill the next generation to become leaders in sustainability and low carbon living!
