This booking page is for people who have received an invitation from the Department of Home Affairs 

Please use the green "Register" button to the right, to confirm your attendance at the next Citizenship Ceremony to be held on Monday 30 November, at City of Mitcham's Civic Centre, 131 Belair Road, Torrens Park.

In order to confirm your attendance please complete the online registration process.

Please note that registration on the day is from 2.30pm - 3pm. You are required to bring a form of photo identification, such as a driver’s license or a passport and if you have your invitation letter, that will be helpful but is not required.

During this registration process we have asked some questions about your journey to Australian Citizenship such as your country of origin and how long you have lived in Australia. These have been asked so we can incorporate them into the Citizenship Ceremony.

Please note due to social distancing requirements and limited space, we can only allow strictly ONE guest to join you. We will have a photographer on site to capture the moment, providing full access to all images taken on the day post event.

For the safety of everyone attending please do not attend if:

• you are feeling unwell or have any cold or flu like symptoms (even mild ones)
• are awaiting the outcomes of a COVID-19 test
• have returned from interstate or overseas in the past 14 days
• are self-isolating or required to be in quarantine OR
• have been in close contact with a person self-isolating or has tested positive to COVID-19.

You will be asked upon entry these above questions and will be required to provide your contact details for contact tracing purposes as per the requirements of SA Health.

Physical distancing will be in place at the event, please ensure you maintain a distance of 1.5 metres from others at all times. Many thanks for assisting in minimising the spread of COVID-19 in South Australia.
