This booking page is for people who have recieved a letter of invitation from the Department of Immigration and Border Protection in 2017.
Please use the green "Register" button to the right, to confirm your attendance at the next Citizenship Ceremony to be held on Sunday 2 April 2017 at St Marys Park, Laura Avenue, St Marys.
This ceremony will be held at the City of Mitcham's "One Mitcham Many Cultures" Multicultural Fair. We encourage you to invite all of your family and friends to witness your special day and enjoy this wonderful event with you (there is no limit to the number of guests you can bring with you!).
In order to confirm your attendance please complete the online registration process.
Please note that registration on the day is from 1:30pm and you are required to bring letter of invitation and a form of photo identification, such as a driver’s license or a passport.
During the registration process we have asked some questions about your journey to Australian Citizenship such as your country of origin and how long you have lived in Australia. These have been asked so we can incorporate them into the Citizenship Ceremony speeches as you come forward to receive your certificate. Our MC's may also ask you a question when you are on stage.
1:30pm - Registration for Citizenship Recipients
• Verify candidate identity
• Electoral enrolment form completion
2:00pm - Citizenship Ceremony Commences
3:00pm - Ceremony complete - enjoy the festivities of the Multicultural Fair
