Aiming to crate exciting ways to stay fit and/or entertained during this quarentine.

Our trainers come from various a sports fields: Dance, Circus, Gymanstics and some have performed for world class companies such as Stage Entertainment (NL), Ohlala Circus (CH), Europa Park (DE) Gourmet Palace (DE) La click (UK) Franco Dragone (MO) just to mention a few.

Cirque Athletics is an Autralian collective of the best qualified fitness and circus trainers with vast experience in both fitness and circus. During these unprecedented times, our aim is to support our community by making accesible classes and workshops for everyone to have a place for fitness and fun!

CLASS DESCRIPTION:

International acrobat and fitness professional Brian Buenrostro reveals the most effective five-step progression, anyone can train to handstand like a pro in a fun 3-hours session.

The workshop is focused on setting up your foundations e.g base of support, push and tension points, core activation & confidence build up with and without the wall. We’ll explore mobility training through a number of gymnastics-based drills for creating and body awareness and control across various planes of movement. This session is all about motor skills and brain-training to find your centre of gravity in the straight handstand shape

Requierements: Confident with bodyweitgh training, movement and sudden changes of position. Great for begginers and more advanced ones.

Ages: +18 only
