Cinema Yarra: One Second 一 秒钟 (2020)

In the remote countryside of China during the Cultural Revolution, an escaped convict from a labour camp is trying to see a newsreel in which his estranged daughter appears. After locating the village where the newsreel is to be shown, it is stolen by a local girl who needs the celluloid to save her little brother.
