Description

Join us at the Intercultural Centre for a screening of Woman at War (M).Halla is a 50-year-old environmental activist who crusades against the local aluminum industry in Iceland. As her actions grow bolder, her life changes in the blink of an eye when she is finally granted permission to adopt a girl from the Ukraine.

In Icelandic with English subtitles.

There are two screenings:

Thursday 3 October: 2.00pm to 4.00pm

Tuesday 15 October: 6.30pm to 8.30pm

Tea/coffee and light snacks will be provided.

FREE. Places limited - BOOKINGS ESSENTIAL.
